Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original LOVERY gift box or a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
